- All daycare policies apply.
- Your dog must attend daycare if he/she is spending the night.
- Sleepover payments must be paid by cash or check to the individual who cares for your pooch while not at Planet Pooch daycare.
- You must provide the exact amount of food for your dog's stay. Please separate each meal into individual plastic bags and label each bag with your dog's name and your last name. If you do not individually bag each meal you will be charged $1/meal fee.
- For sleepovers during Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years, we require a $75 deposit to reserve a spot. This deposit is fully refundable if you provide 2 weeks cancellation notice, otherwise it is forfeited. Please note that we fill up for holidays quite far in advance.
- Re-Aquaintance Policy: Any dog that has not been to Planet Pooch in the last 3 months may be required to have another test day before attending daycare or sleepovers again.
- You are also responsible for making sure that any other person who picks up or drops off your dog is aware of all policies.
